Hi, I'm Back.
It wasn't so very long ago I really saw hope and opportunity in many places. We were getting comfortable in our own skin. The money was OK. We were gonna help some people; sock something away for the future. WTF happened? I was talking to a young friend of mine about war and politics; now and 30 years ago.
My God...we're in the time machine now. Secrets...enemies...scandal...machiavellian machinations...dissent...protest...adverse world opinion...bigotry...divisiveness...moral majorities...immmoral opportunists...and the constant drumbeat of war...killing...devastation...and just like thirty years ago...for what?

We're REALLY on our own.
It's our fight now. We had this battle when we were kids...the stakes are higher now. The evil is more evil. I didn't think it was possible, but it is. And it's a kitchen table war. It's a doorbell war. It's a get out the vote war.
Just like last time-we cannot afford to lose.
Fight the Power. Keep hope alive.
